At Mode 8, we have a passion for creating state of the art sports, leisure and education facilities. We believe there is a new way to create exemplar facilities that add value to the people who use the spaces we create.
Our proposals and ideas enable clients to deliver facilities through a turn key approach, including all designs, specialist input and construction.
We are developers supported by a full construction and design team, with accreditations including the RIBA, RICS and Constructionline. We are available to provide a range of facilities including off-site, low carbon, and traditional new build options, as well as re-purposing and retrofit of existing facilities.
Our facilities can be for one activity, multiple activities and a full mix of learning; through to a full school, college or university development.
